WHAT’S IN OUR PIES
We love to highlight the best of what’s growing here in Colorado. Whenever possible, our fruits and herbs are sourced locally and organically — it supports our growers and usually tastes (and looks) better, though we can’t guarantee it every time.
All of our pies, galettes, and tarts are baked in a home kitchen under Colorado’s Cottage Food Law. Because of that, we aren’t able to adjust for dietary restrictions, and common allergens (wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy) are present. All of our crusts are made with real butter. We do not use animal products such as lard or gelatin in our bakes.
Our menu is planned ahead of time, and all pies and ingredients are baker’s choice. Each week’s pies reflect what’s at its peak — the flavors and ingredients we’re most excited to share with you.
Unless otherwise noted, everything comes in a 9-inch size, perfect for sharing (or not!).

OUR BAKING STYLE
Our pies will never be too sweet or cloying, letting the fruit shine while pairing it with both classic and sometimes surprising flavor combinations. Each week brings something new — from a braided double crust to a zesty crumble, a homemade cookie base, or a tea-spiced shortbread.
We bake pies, tarts, and galettes in an artisan-rustic style: handmade, a little different each time, and always full of care.
As with our bouquets, variety and seasonality guide what we create — keeping things fresh, exciting, and rooted in the best of what’s available.
HOW IT WORKS
Our pie subscription works just like any CSA share you can buy from a veggie farm, but with baked goods instead! Make an upfront one-time purchase of 8 weeks of pies, or our 16- week season pass, and we will deliver them to your door.
If purchased in addition to a bouquet subscription, you will see extra savings at checkout. Your pie and flower delivery will be curated as a pair each week. For example, an arrangement of bold jewel tones to pair with a mixed berry gallette, or a cozy autumnal-hued vase to pair with a spiced apple pie.
DELIVERIES
We are proud to offer free delivery to any community member within the Longmont area. If you live outside of that region, a one-time $75 delivery fee will be added to your subscription at the time of purchase.
Deliveries for the 2026 season will be made on each Sunday of the week, between 9 AM and 2 PM. We are happy to hand the goodies right to you, or we can place them in a shady spot, whichever you prefer!
GIFTING
If you would like to gift a loved one a pie and/or bouquet subscription, please make a note of it at the time of purchase, and be sure to enter the address to which their goods will be delivered. We would be happy to email a gift receipt to you or your loved one as well.
ADDING EXTRA PIES
If you would like to purchase an additional arrangement or pie during your share time, or receive a larger or more custom bake for a special week, please reach out with your requests! We would be happy to create a payable link for a special addition to your share. Please note- we can only provide bakes that follow CO cottage laws.
THE WHOLE PACKAGE
Our ‘whole package’ option offers 16 weeks of decadent bakes and curated arrangements, created for you with the best our gardens and kitchen have to offer each week. It also offers the greatest value per week, and allows you to experience the entire growing season– from sweet and sour rhubarb paired with the early poppy blooms, to deep-season peaches paired with our most stunning dahlias. The ultimate in decadence and savings!
